Frequently Asked Questions

Before Purchase

Which model suits me best?
It depends on your needs and budget. Read the product descriptions carefully or compare technical specifications of the different models. Also, see our YouTube videos for each model: Delight, Flex and Classic Electric.
What is the difference between Flex and Delight?

The main difference is the type of drivetrain:

  • Delight has a mid-mounted motor with stronger torque, making it more suitable for uphill rides.
  • Flex has the motor mounted in the rear wheel.

Design-wise, the models are quite similar. The front box is identical, as is the optional dog hatch. The battery placement differs:

  • Delight has the battery under the rear seat bench.
  • Flex has the battery mounted on the rear rack.

Delight comes without a rear rack, but it can be ordered as an extra option. Both models have integrated lighting powered by the bike's battery. Delight also features a dusk sensor that automatically turns on the bike lights when it gets dark.
