Note that this hatch/door features pre-drilled vertical holes that fit the metal latch, i.e., the latch visible in the image. Dog has also been delivered with a rubber latch, which attaches using horizontal holes in the hatch. If this latch is to be used, new holes will need to be drilled into the hatch.

Latches and hinges are sold separately.
