In our latest edition, we have equipped this cargo bike with fully cast rims. The gearing system features 6 external Shimano gears. The maintenance-free 45 Nm Ananda motor is mounted in the rear wheel, and the bike is one of the few cargo bikes worldwide that are TÜV-approved and engineered for outstanding stability at the centre of gravity. The disc brakes are hydraulic front and rear.
The Cargobike Classic seats up to four belted children, and if more room for freight is needed, the seat benches can be easily folded up. One of the benches also doubles as a clever, lockable storage box. The 13 Ah Samsung battery with built-in light is housed in the rear rack. Depending on load, wind resistance and rider effort, the Classic has an estimated range of 20–40 kilometres.
